About Us
The Welcome To My World team is composed of 4 Multimedia Arts students from De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde. We were surrounded by Gen Alpha slang, but we couldn’t follow. In a way, we found ourselves in them, being young and often misunderstood, hence we dedicated this project to understanding them.

6,7 | Often accompanied with an alternating up & down hand gesture, “6,7” is a slang originating from the song “Doot Doot (6 7)” by Skrilla. There is no specific meaning tied to this slang, which is common with many of Gen Alpha phrases therefore calling it “brainrot”.
Aura
Aura | Refers to a person’s attractiveness, skill, or charm. It is often used in ways such as “negative aura” meaning a person is not cool or confident. “Positive aura” means a person is cool or confident.
The Story Behind "Welcome to My World"
“Welcome To My World” is from the perspective of Generation Alpha, inviting their parents to immerse themselves in their world for them to understand their children. It tells their parents to be open-minded, put themselves in Gen Alpha’s shoes, and see their daily life.
